Tatum Santacasa, MS, LMFTA

Primary Therapist

I am a strength-based systems therapist meaning I aim at helping clients and family members expand their lives by changing their limiting and unsatisfying stories about themselves, each other and the world while constructing new narratives. I use a Narrative Therapy approach taking the role of a co-author seeking to provide a respectful, non-blaming approach to counseling and aim to enhance my client’s descriptions of his or her life and relationships. I practice therapy from an integrative medicine and biopsychosocial model, which I define as a system of interaction that is created when health care providers, mental health care providers, patients, and families work together over time to treat illness and facilitate health. My services are designed to provide our clients with an integrated solution for their mind, body, spirit, and life to enhance their lives and resolve issues. Through the ongoing integration of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self, each person has the opportunity to create and preserve a whole and happy life.
